Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2483779.

Main drain blocked with debris in undergrowth at side of pavement just before turning in to Heron Close, causing stream to back up that runs all along High Wych Road. Concerned that this then adds/causing the flood problems at end of Bonks Hill/HW Road when rain is bad. Also blocked slightly further up the stream near to the Rivers patient garden (just at corner of Heron close field/Rivers garden)
