This issue with water running out of a manhole on the A44 started before new year. Skanska have put a fence round it and done nothing since. It is not lit,there are no traffic lights and there is no advanced warning. I have reported this before and you removed my report. This is the main A44 trunk road not some farm track! Please advise who I escalate this matter to as to be frank it is a disgrace.
