Cycle lane not marked up correctly

Reported via desktop in the Road Markings category anonymously at 20:20, Sat 16 January 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2482477.

Any cyclist riding on the cycle lane from New Headington to Oxford City Centre would find extremely dangerous to cross the other side of Churchill Drive and continue on the same cycle path as there aren't any sign, neither ground marks indicating which route to follow. Is the cyclist supposed to joint the road traffic or dismount and joint the pedestrian route? It seems the cycle path has been very poorly designed with no consideration of a fluent and safe ride.
