Road flooded

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2477113.

This part of the road has been flooded for weeks, it’s the same every time we have heavy rain. I am not sure what the issue is but there must be away of resolving this before there’s a terrible accident
