Sent to Stevenage Borough Council less than a minute later

I previously reported several black bin liners left by refuse collectors at post Christmas collection. Not only are these still there but there is now a load of street rubbish left behind when recycling was collected on Monday. They have pretty much left as much rubbish (paper/cardboard etc) as they collected. This is a regular problem
