Large dip in road getting lower and drain almost like hitting a pot hole

As you turn into the village off the a47 there's a very large dip in the road which disguises a drain that it you hit it its almost like hitting a pothole. This dip has caused damage to my suspension and shocks due to the almighty lump if you have to stay on your side of the road which to avoid this its best to use the otherside which isn't possible if there's another car. It's been like this for a long while at least a year. It isn't safe to use the otherside of the road and its dangerous to your car and passengers if you stay to the left
