Pavement parking

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 11:12, Tue 12 January 2021

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2473534.

Continual parking on pavement with numerous cars making it impossible to pass on the path. Having to walk in the road with pushchair/ wheel chair as cars are speeding past is really dangerous!!!! Could we not have yellow lines installed?

  • Further to this, perhaps if TMBC ensured removal of all untaxed cars they have been advised of that are blocking the public highways, taxed vehicles might have enough spaces to park. Currently (1.4.21) there is 1 lorry untaxed and 4 untaxed cars (2 of which are also without MOT) parked in Thomas Wyatt Way alone!
