Sent to Birmingham City Council less than a minute later

Someone has been fly tipping outside Baldwins Lane allotments. This is the area that allotment holders have to turn their cars round. I am the secretary of the allotment site and hope you can help clear this up as we want to keep the area clean. Thank you.
