Culham sign by the lock is not visable

Can we request a gate sign either side of the lock entrance with welcome to culham slow down 30, its become so busy since lock down and the area is very popular, it would be nice to have a clear sign welcoming visitors, especially with the new plans for 3,500 houses being approved. The car park is a dirty unclean area for such beauty for walkers I believe the car park should be marked put cleaned and more sufficient bins as rubbish is extreme. Dog fouling is extreme we cannot cope in the village without extra facilities for rubbish. I collected with my daughter black bags of waste dumped by visitors. I would also like to suggest trees to line the car park and tombola at your fencing which is dangerous. An.improvemnt is required to cope with the busy lock now full.daily and has been since lock down and now ever growing population, visiting the area. Please can I meet with a counsellor to.discuss plans or some.scheme funding, as this carnpark has not had money spent on it at least for 17 years I've lived in the village. Maybe parking ticket machine to raise money for the changes,.lines pained as its always cars causing problems. Lots to discuss and implement.
