More than 6 Months blocked public water drain in the corner of 1 High Street OX20 1TE and 2 Market place OX20 1TA Woodstock Water splilling in to the road, pavement and Disabled Parking in front of 2 Market Place. All area becomes a padle with water and mud rending the disabled parking impracticable
