Illegal / illicit dog breeding

Reported via desktop anonymously at 17:52, Thursday 7 January 2021

Sent to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

At the "stables" to the rear of marston lane, there is commercial sale of dogs. They post adverts for the dogs in local shops

These dogs are NEVER exercised by the owners, have often been allowed to escape unleashed / supervised - running into the traffic. There is no licence certificate displayed at or near the premises or on any adverts they present. Also, as can be confirmed by evidence received by the council, these poor animals are barking and screaming throughout the night.

Council have issued warning notice, yet for unacceptable reasons, REFUSE to uphold the law!

Cruelty to animals is surely unacceptable to everyone - right? This SAME "stables, has allowed multiple horses have been forced to be driven on public roads WITHOUT any public liability insurance - and have on separate occasions, caused one horse's hoof to bleed, and another driven on a horse buggy by a current convicted violent offender and this horse fell on a car - causing immense damage to horse and vehicle. Surely the RSPCA must prevent further animal abuse by these "people".
