Updates

  • Following the issue being raised on FixMyStreet, I was contacted very quickly by the Council and 14 potholes were marked up with yellow paint by a Highways Engineer. The Engineer then kindly called me to update me with what had happened.

Since then, the rain has washed all the paint away. The pot holes are still there - and actually much worse now. The highly commendable initial energy and expense of the Engineers site visit has dissipated. And unfortunately what remains is a feeling of very good intentions, and the pot holes.

  • Still no change on last update :-( Except the pot holes are deeper and more dangerous.
