A bin at the top of Norman Avenue continuously overflowing with dog faeces bags and rubbish attracting rats foxes and other vermin - health hazard this bin needs to be removed as it clearly cannot be managed For many years now I have collected rubbish and disposed of it that overflowed the bin and went into hedging and down Norman avenue but I am no longer prepared to now that I have witness rats crawling in abs out of the bin please urgently address this problem which isn’t just because it has been Christmas this bin overflows all year every week it is not Tuesday and the bin has been overflowing for some time
