Rubbish dropped during bin collection

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2459911.

The collectors of the blue bins on Saturday, 2nd Jan, on Rosemary Drive left the area strewn with rubbish, cardboard, cans, cartons and other bits of rubbish that can still be seen today, 4th Jan.

  • Two guys walked around the area, each with a black bin bag. Another person arrived, all three then had a chat and a cigarette, and then they left. Hardly any rubbish was picked up, and some still remains.
