Deep pothole which is dangerous and has been reported previously

I reported this issue in AUGUST 2020. Someone attended the site and marked out the work to be undertaken. NOTHING has been done and the road has deteriorated. My mother in law is currently shielding so this has not been an issue but hopefully she will be able to go out again once she has been vaccinated. My mother in law rents one of the garages and therefore needs access to this to be safe and non hazardous for her as she is 82 years old. PLEASE CAN YOU GET THIS ROAD REPAIRED BEFORE SOMEONE SUFFERS PERSONAL INJURY OR A VEHICLE IS DAMAGED. THANK YOU
