Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2453996.

There is a car outside our back gate been there about 3 weeks. Has an open door and flat tyres. there are other vehicles in the corner that never move and not sure that they are taxed.

Updates

Council said could not do anything unless vehicles have bits missing. Did contact DVLA re untaxed vehicles but nothing been done. Still at least 5 untaxed cars/vans there so presume it must be OK to store cars there

Someone on Lane Close is using this car park as a space to store cars which are being maintained and as such is running a business from this land. I have approached people doing work on these cars a number of times and been met with aggression and abuse. With the work that is going on in Harts Close which has removed the car park from there (and created a horrendous parking situation), some people from Harts Close are having to use this space to park. I have been blocked in a few times from recovery vehicles being parked there. Something needs to be done.

Wondered if this is classed as private land as at least 4 vehicles either with no tax or NOT or with SORN but I have been told in past that if SORN must be off public road which I believed this to be.
