Car parked on path blocking view.

There is a car which is continuously being parked on the path on a corner of Carlton Road. This is seriously restricting the view of oncoming vehicles when turning the corned from either direction. It is also an issue for pedestrians, especially those with small children and pushchairs. This has been an issue in the past which has been reported and sorted, albeit with a different vehicle.
