Flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2452486.

Flooding of the carriageway (east bound) occurs with almost every rain fall, this is a recent (1 year) problem which has been highlighted with the use of temporary signs, unfortunately this doesn't fix the problem.
