Street litter bin overflowing and dog waste bags spilling out!

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2451657.

This litter bin has been overflowing since last Thursday and is now disgusting to look at! Rubbish was strewn on the ground yesterday until i forced most of it back inside the bin! Please clear this bin asap as people use the adjacent pavement to walk by on.
