Blocked road drains

Sent to Hampshire County Council and New Forest District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2450793.

The road drainage system in this part of Hightown Road seems to be permanently blocked causing a build up of mud and water on the road and sometimes pavement.
