Blocked drain opposite playpark

The drain opposite the playpark at the school and on the corner of the road to the allotments is blocked (north side of road, drain at the bottom of the photo). Water in the drain piping is reaching this drain then overflowing and running down the road to the next drain (easterly direction, top of photo) following heavy rain where it goes back into the piping (this occurs for days after the rain).

Assume there is a blockage in the pipework between the two drains.

This is a recurrent problem.

    Same problem drains unable to cope with the water. Floading past the front door down to the bottom of the garden. Unable to use toilets because they won't empty. Bottom of the garden due to water from the school and front

    The blocked rain has not been rectified and water still overflows from the gulley down the road- can u please get it fixed asap Thanks
