Flooding across the road and on the pavement

This flooding happens every time it rains. It goes all the way across the road and up the pavement. It’s dangerous for cars and washes over the pavement up to the houses when cars drive down the road. Please may this be looked at urgently before houses get flooded or someone gets hurt on the road. The water company for the area was contacted but they denied responsibility.
