Street light (no.1) on Plum Crescent Burbage not operational

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2443538.

Street Light No.1, outside residential property No.1 on Plum Crescent LE10 2NW - not working properly, started with intermittently working in hours of darkness and now not lit at all. Resident report to LCC (Ref:814932) but have been advised this is a District/Parish Council issue? Parish Council have no responsibility therefore it would be appreciated if someone could look at this issue as soon as possible to confirm responsibility.
