Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

An apparently abandoned vehicle (VW Golf) has been parked at/near this location (Swingburn Place/Orchard Way) for several months. It has not been taxed since September, and had no MoT for over 2 years. It has been reported previously but no action appears to have been taken, other than a red warning sticker (since removed) stating that the vehicle is untaxed.
