People are constantly blocking my drive way! We have a drop curb but the lines are faded and need repainting

We are having problems with people blocking our driveway. We have a drop curb and a sign however people still park there. The lines are faded and no longer visible so people are blaming this as the reason for parking there. Please help and repaint them thank you
