New fence has negative impact

Reported via desktop in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 19:09, Sat 19 December 2020

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later

The relatively new fencing along the Ely Trail running between Leckwith Hill and Penarth Road must have a negative impact on the free passage of Hedgehogs which may have previously been able to move between feeding areas along the trail. It would seem timely to create breaks at the foot of this fencing at strategic places along the trail given the national concern about the shrinking Hedgehog population.
