Subway flooding

For the last week or so, there has been shallow flooding in this subway that is used by 1000+ people daily. Impassible to my daughter and I wearing trainers - we had to cross street above. Thornden School rules forbid crossing Winchester Road at street level so many children will have wet shoes and socks all day at school. This is unacceptable.

Can you fix over the school holiday? Please provide temporary signalled ped crossing if unable to make right in that timescale.
