2 lads parking in disabled bay then walking off to go shopping when disabled were looking to park

Disabled were wanting to park for the doctors but these lads just parked to go to the shops. Disgraceful. I have photo of their car and number plate if needed. Needs checking by warden more often. This was at 11.45am-12.15. not good enough as they were perfectly able lads
