Unsignposted CCTV in hedge

Sent to East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2434973.

There is a private CCTV camera 'hidden' in 90 Borough Road, Petersfield's hedge. It is pointing up the road (towards public and private property), and there is no signage whatsoever to indicate that you are being filmed. It is not pointed at their property -- it is clearly pointing towards everyone else who walk and drive past. There is no signage whatsoever, and this camera has been sitting here apparently unchallenged for about 5 years. I doubt it is compliant with the ICO.
