Green paint on railings coming off

About a year ago new 6ft railings were put up outside Bancrofts. These were painted green to match the surroundings. A few months ago about 5 of these railings had been damaged in various crashes and were recently replaced. These were painted green to match the existing railings. It since appears that the wrong paint has been used as this is all flaking off in large chunks and it looks dreadful. I suggest that the contractors who were used to paint this put this right as it is blatantly not acceptable.
