Sinking drain/pothole

There are various dodgy potholes repairs from previous times around a drain hole. Previous repairs are disintegrating and lumpy, it’s right on the bend of the road. It needs a larger overall repair and drain hole raising up a bit. As it’s on the bend, avoiding the drain hole dodgy ground puts you right in the path of oncoming traffic. It’s a very dangerous bend as you can’t see round it to see if it’s clear to swing your car wide of the drain hole.
