Hi there Hope your well
I am a resident at 38 Pauling Road and I hold a parking permit by the county council. At many occasions in and others in the street found difficulties in parking as some vehicles are parked very wide taking and blocking extra spaces as you may be able to see in pictures, this forces us to park away from my home. I would like to request that if there was parking bays marked, it would create spaces for all to park and not waste any space.
These cars seem to park well and only block each other in as in same household, causing no other effects to alternate households. Other cars in the street park ridiculously close and hit other vehicles with their doors. The trees in the road over hanging the car spaces cause issues with parking as no one likes to park under them due to the sap falling and damaging car paint work. If the trees are taken back more spaces would be available. This has been requested in late 2019, March 2020, May 2020, august 2020 and no one from the garden/ tree and outdoor services has replied. Many thanks
