Path slip trip hazard I fell over in the dark & may sue

I fell over this lethal path. I almost fell into the carriageway! The path surface must be reinstated & made safe this was caused when the council had the hedge cut after it had been raining for days & path / soil was saturated.

  • New forest district council said that this is not a footpath & to keep crossing the dangerous road with blind bends to cross to the tarmac paths, this is despite the fact more people use this grass path as a path than the tarmac path, NFDC are jobsworths if they think this is acceptable or safe. The wheel ruts pose a slip / trip hazard
