Parking outside houses when we have allocated spaces blocking front doors and not leaving enough room for an emergency vehicle to come down the roads it’s impossible to minouvre vehicles

The parking has been an issue for the nearly two years I’ve been living here! I’ve spoken with the landlord on several occasions and this is constantly overlooked and not listened too. The council has complained before and bin men can’t get up this road to empty bins. Emergency services would not be able to access this road either which is a huge concern. I’ve spoken to neighbours numerous times regarding this however it falls on deaf ears. I cannot access my front door some days and it is extremely frustrating. We all have allocated spaces and a garage but no one uses them????
