Junction signage & layout issues

Sent to Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2429856.

Something needs to be done to improve the layout and signage of this junction. Today I had one driver cut in front (no indicator) and another honking. I was in the correct lane. I routinely see drivers weaving all over this junction with not a clue which lane to be in.
