Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2427470.

Broken / knocked over / missing knee rail. Has been in this state and not maintained for at least two years!

Do LCC not do inspections any longer?, From my observations, it appears that they are not taking place. The area is so neglected and poorly maintained by LCC.
