Traffice lights / crossing

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2426941.

Since people can get by on both traffic lights people are having to go the statue ones as both traffice lights are not working on castle street except one near the dock street. This is causing problems for drivers and predrestains getting to work/home
