This area is a haven for dumping all sorts of litter.

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2426840.
On November 20th, 2020 photos were submitted about this area is being a haven for dumping all sorts of litter. I am aware someone allegedly came out to view this area. I originally submitted a photo of a fellow peeing on the verge. A container of pee was also on view. Now I have 22 photos of this area but your system won't allow more than three. This area is filth and an enviroment problem. When are you going to clean it up.

We believe certain Lorry Drivers are dumping bags of excrement in this area. Lorry drivers won't use Weclome Break to park up at night because of the cost. £40 a night so I'm told. Overnight Free Lorry Parks are on the decline. The only one near us is on the Dunmow A120 and that is just not big enough. This area does have toilets.

Bishops Stortford A120 Bypass Layby. Fly Tipping as usual. The council bins are probably full and fly tipping is occurring on this layby. This is an ongoing issue. I've tried logging on the council online report page, guess what it doesn't work.
