Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2426799.

The dog waste bin on the path that runs along side Crowmarsh Recreation Ground (South to North) is overflowing. I don't think it has been emptied in months. The other bins in the Recreation have been emptied regularly. Please could someone kindly empty it? Thank you.
