Vehicle abandoned for over a year

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later

This vehicle has been abandoned for over a year, flat tyres and everything. A parking scheme up Baden Road went live on 1st December, this vehicle has only received one PCN and ignored the other days. It is a kick in the teeth to everyone else paying for a permit. I and other neighbours have reported it numerous times and nothing gets done about it. It has had no tax or mot for over a year.

Updates

The van is still there with parking tickets now, I do not see the point of giving it tickets as they will not be paid.
