House dumping lots of rubbish onto pavement

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later

A house in that area (you cannot miss it) always dump rubbish everywhere, that gets dragged onto the pavement and road by hungry wildlife. Very dangerous for 49 bus drivers and other drivers as birds swoop down.
