An elderly resident has swept up the leaves that block the drains in this street, but has no means of disposing of them. Could they be removed by the street cleaning team?

Updates

I've been told that the resident has now managed to transport the bags to the recycling centre, so there are no longer any to collect. Many thanks to the local resident who let me know.
