Sent to Warwick District Council less than a minute later

A further pile of what appears to be garden centre pots and soil have been dumped behind the Biffa wast bins, there are also 4 or 5 industrial lagged filter pipes about 1 metre long

For the second weekend in a row there have been a load of Nitrous Oxide Canisters dumped to join the old disused canabis tubs dumped during the week and to join the heating trunking from an old or out grown canabis farm

In the main the rubbish has gone/cleared away but I doubt the problem of illegal dumping has been address.
