Cars Parked outside my house

There seems to be alot of cars parked outside Westwood Road, it is creating a problem for us people who use prams and cannot find any gaps in-between the cars to cross the road. I have 2 young children and I fear for their safety, please can someone do something about it. Yellow lines are an option.
