Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2420458.

As soon as you hit the start of the fly over over torrey road roundabout the cycle lane is filthy & hazardous to cycle on especially as there is hardly any street lights to avoid potholes , can this entire lane be sweep including outside the school as there is broken glass on this lane.
