Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2419416.

A bag and box containing rubbish has been dumped on Rokeby Drive. The photo I have sent is a receipt in the rubbish. You will see it has a car registration number on it. This may help in finding who dumped it. It looks like polystyrene from a large electrical item.
