Rotting leaves on road, footpath and in gutters.

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 16:51, Fri 4 December 2020

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2418098.

This is the second autumn/winter period and the second time this autumn/winter that I have reported rotting leaves on the road, pavement and in the gutters along Hughenden Drive which is situated in a flood risk area. Decomposing leaves hamper street drainage and leave dirty slippy sludge which is a health hazard outside and then the filth is carried on foot into homes and cars. Pools of rain gather on the road which means that some residents are having to paddle to get to and from their vehicles. See photos above taken on 4 Dec 2020.
