Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

During the quieter hours the lights are not detecting traffic in lane two coming from Kingsbury for the M42 south, they just stay red for eternity. Some of us already know so get in the wrong lane then cut across when they change, others that don't know simply have to eventually go through red lights. Neither options are ideal for loaded fuel tankers.
