Traffic Light sequence not correct

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 08:28, Thu 3 December 2020 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2415746.

The traffic lights on the M40 roundabout at Junction 11 are not letting enough traffic through so the traffic is backing up on to all roads leading up to the roundabout and in particular from the A361. The traffic lights by the junction leading off of the motorway north bound only let 5 or 6 vehicles over towards Banbury town centre this morning and this is now causing huge problems and it can take up to 10 minutes to cross the roundabout from the A361 to get onto Hennef Way. Please can someone look at this as a matter of urgency?
