Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

I slipped and fell (backwards) on piles of wet leaves, mud and surface water. I dislocated + fractured my left elbow on 29.11.2020. This footpath is a danger to pedestrians - can someone immediately put up a sign warning other pedestrians and fix/clear the foothpath as a matter of urgency please.
